procedural steps to the reservation contract that will change your life (for the better!)
2nd step
Pay the amount of your land(s) in € + bank charges to confirm your acquisition. Every three months we will send you updates on the status of the project.
Step 3
From the summer of 2025 or before, you will have your land and your property ready to live in or to rent at the eco beach village or city, depending on the choice you have made.
